I am Eungi Bae, who manages Elastic Cloud at Sangmyung University. As a manager for the entire year of 2021, I managed the cloud use of students and faculty. In this session, I would like to share the things I did as a manager, the difficulties I faced while managing the cloud, the concerns I had to solve some difficulties, and some helpful tips I felt.
